I recommend that you ask the creator of this add-on for help. Maybe he can also provide a bug fix for this add-on.

If you change the file extension to "zip", the file will be damaged...........You must ignore this message and press OK and it will become "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2.zip". Now unzip and you will get three folders. One of the three folders is "models\galaxies" which contains the four files with the file extension "cfg". Rewrite all of these to "pst". And finally move only the folder "models\galaxies" with the changed file extensions to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngine\addons.

when I change the file extension to zip, the file breaks, and there's no "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2\modelsg\alaxies.pak" file.

Open the file: "GalaxiesTexturesNGCPack_V0.1.2\modelsg\alaxies.pak" by first changing the file extension "pak" to "zip". This allows you to unpack the file. You will then have three file folders. Click on the "models\galaxies" file folder. Here are the four galaxies with the file extension "cfg". Rewrite all of these to "pst". And finally move only the "models\galaxies" folder with the changed file extensions to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngine\addons.
