Hong Kong Kowloon Start Version 2

This is my second attempt at a good starting map for Hong Kong, this has a slightly smaller area to build but includes all of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon. There is a 2 lane highway to give a general outline and will allow you to start your city anywhere you want. 4 connections of everything. This time rather than hand drawing the map I used terrain party to help me get Victoria Peak looking more accurate. Use 81 tiles mod to play this. If anyone knows how to get the water flowing in the harbor please let me know.
