Description
Version 1.5.4.0

This adventure features a collection of level 20 arena challenge matches versus the computer for people that have finished the main campaign so that it's easier to experiment and fine-tune builds.

Start off at level 20, configure your team to your heart's content and select your arena. Win the arena without dying to get a gold trophy. Die once and get a silver, and so forth. This project is designed with multiplayer in mind so that every player can create level 20 characters right at the start to show off their ideas. No more worrying about gold for skills and gear; It's all prepared for you.

The paladin encounter makes it easy to gauge the strength of your group's build by letting you select how many enemy paladins to spawn in the arena. The team composition of the paladins will automatically balance itself. Share your personal record if you'd like!

It's just the 4 and the paladin one. Not enough manpower for 20 encounters :p

Hey man, really enjoy this mod with my buddies. One question: how do you unlock the full 20 encounters? We're only seeing 4 plus the paladin one.

We're really flattered that you like the mod! We don't have any plans to add more content though. I'd consider this mod to be finished.

Side note, I'm really loving this mod a ton! Is there a chance for there to be more arenas akin to the Paladin one where you can adjust the number?

Ah, you're right. Lui and I tried to design the themed encounters to be doable with a well-optimized party of 4. By themed I mean any encounter that is not the paladin encounter.

Not specifically. You're free to decide on the party configuration. The encounters remain the same.

Haha! Thanks for sharing your experiences. It sounds like it might be more rewarding for you to setup your own constraints to provide the challenge. For example, 1 build to handle all theme encounters. If double thunderstorm is too easy, can try something else. That's what luicc and I did to get the most out of the fights.

If theme encounters are still too easy, you can try to find solutions to 30 paladins. They exist! Both magical and physical solutions are possible with clever strategies.

So the zeus encounter can be oneshotted by a single pyroclastic eruption on the first turn.

The frost king or whatshisname despite being very frosty can be perma frozen. Funny that freeze is the only status its not immune to. Since it starts out with 0 magic armor, a single hydro mage is enough to trivialize the encounter.

The 7 sins is also close enough together that you can delete them with a doublecast thunderstorm (apotheosis+skin graft). This is less the encounter being easy and more the lvl 16 mage spells are too OP.

Only the ship encounter I actually took long enough to kill that the enemies got a turn. It's a pretty normal fight though.
