How to Play Build 42 with friends!

In this guide i will show you how to play with your buddy with Remote Play Together until COOP or MP is back. Or if you want to play like if you had friends in your house. You know, because nobody wants to go to your house .
Requirements:

• 1 Keyboard and Mouse
  
• 1 Joystick (PS4/5 - Xbox - Steam / Generic ones need to be set-up before hand because Steam doesnt have support for them)
  (NO, YOU CANT USE 2 KEYBOARDS OR KEYBOARDS THROUGH NET, ITS ILLOGICAL)
  
• Decent Internet

You can play with the controller in Player 2, while your buddy uses Player 1 with the Keyboard and Mouse. or the other way around
I´ve tested this with a connection from SA [ARG] (South America) to NA [USA] (North America) and EU [GER] (Europe). The Other Player may have some connection issues or lower quality but nothing you cant play with. Lower Distances will make these things less common

En esta guía, le mostraré cómo jugar con su amigo mediante Remote Play Together hasta que Coop o MP se reintegren al juego. O si quieres jugar como si tuvieras amigos en tu casa. Ya sabes, porque nadie quiere ir a tu casa.
Requisitos:

• 1 Teclado y Mouse
  
• 1 Joystick (PS4/5 - Xbox - Steam / Genericos tienen que configurarse de antemano ya que steam no tiene soporte para estos)
  
• Internet decente

Puedes jugar con el Joystick en el Jugador 2, mientras que tu amigo usa el Jugador 1 con el Teclado y el Ratón. O al revés.
Probé esto con una conexión de SA [ARG] (SudAmerica) a NA [USA] (Norte América) y a EU [ALE] (Europa). El Otro jugador puede tener problemas de conexión o una calidad de vídeo menor, pero nada que no puedas darle la vuelta si quieren jugar.

1st Step / 1er Paso

• First, you start the game and enter a Save or create a New One
  
• Primero inician el juego y entran en una partida o crean una
  

2nd Step / 2do Paso

• Once in the game you open the Steam Tab (Shift+Tab) and select the Blue Joystick Icon on the top of the Friends List,
  
• Una vez en el juego abren la Interfaz de Steam (Shift+Tab) y seleccionen el Icono del Mando Azul
  
• Once there, either send the link to your Friend, Click on the cross and add him or Right Click on top of him and Press "Remote Play" .
  
• Una vez hecho, mandenle el link a su Amigo, hagan Click en la cruz y añadanlo o hagan Click Derecho sobre el y presionen "Remote Play".
  
• Your Friend will need to have Steam installed in their PC.
  
• Su amigo necesitara tener Steam instalado en su PC.

3rd Step / 3er Paso

• Last Step! Your buddy (or you) should have the controller, press x or equivalent and select "Add New Character" into the game.
  
• Ultimo paso! Tu amigo (o usted) deberia tener el control, presionar X o el equivalente y selecciona "Añadir Nuevo Personaje".
  

Additional Info / Informacion Adicional

• Build 41 is still in development so its a bit buggy, expect some errors but nothing serious.
  That Said, Mods like Superb Survivors and their Complements (Subpar Survivors and Serious Survivors) will work although my pc cant handle 2 players and NPCs, you need to add the Second Player, leave and come back to the savefile. The Incredible Yatch Mod by Ibrus does work. Mods that add items or Cars work, like Britas Weapon Mod and Hydrocraft.
  
  
• Build 41 todavía esta en desarrollo, asi que tendra algunos errores, pero nada mayor.
  Habiendo dicho esto, Mods como Superb Survivors y sus complementos (Subpar Survivors y Serious Survivors) funcionan pero mi pc no aguanta tener 2 jugadores y NPCs, necesitas añadir el segundo jguador a la partida, salir de la partida y volver a entrar. El increible mod de yates y botes por IBrus funciona Mods que añaden Items y Autos funcionan, como Britas Weapon Mod y Hydrocraft

Te ho un problema y es ambos jugamos con mandos en la misma computadora, y cuando uno le da a la x le sigue apareciendo agregar un nuevo jugador, por lo que no se puede jugar, alguna forma de cambiar la tecla de agregar nuevo jugador?

I'm having this problem with my friend where the game freezes for the client. We have decent internet and he says when I move my mouse he can see it move in real-time, but the rest of the game freezes. Anyone else have this problem?

@Cebby Unfortunatelly no, but that comes to logical limitations on keyboard and mouse inputs.

@The Indie Show Yes, there is. You need to connect another controller to your pc in order to have it. You have to go into Steam Big Picture before hand tho. That is for PS4/5 Controllers and for Xbox ones. For PS3 controllers and generic onesyou need another program that recognises them first.
