I am unsure if ultrawide monitors will have any quality loss, as I have created this wallpaper with 16:9 in mind with an image resolution of 3840 x 5120 to suit 4K and below. I believe it will set itself at 3840p horizontally and shave off the sides by a small amount or set at 2560p and stretch it to 3440p depending on what settings you are using for the wallpaper.

Unfortunately, this is beyond my expertise and more of a topic that the Wallpaper Engine developers could talk about.
