Description
SUMMARY
RA: Cymru is a mod that expands upon Wales. It adds a brand new mission tree that is longer than any of the vanilla ones(yes, even the British one). It adds in Wales as a vassal state of England in the 1444 bookmark. Talking about bookmarks, this mod adds in two more of them, the first one(1450) is the date that Wales becomes independent, the other one(1451) is when Wales accepts England's counter-offer (Wales will split up into Gwynedd, Powys, Morgannwg and Powys.).
One of the major things that this mod adds is 12 new provinces, spread out across Wales. The mission tree also focuses extensively on England and the British Isles, yet there is a colonial section further down. When all missions are completed(which will take awhile), you would rule all Prydain, Gaul and Hispania. If you finish the colonial section as well, you'd rule all of the New World, all the Trade Company regions, and Japan. Obviously, you don't just annex these parts, you have to fight for it.

HISTORY
This mod has a divergent timeline starting in 1443 that only affects Wales and England.
So basically, in 1443, in the midst of unrest after Henry VI's loss of Paris and Rheims to the Dauphin of France, a Welsh revolt occur. Welsh separatists from Gwynedd, Powys and Deheubarth together defeat the English Army at Llydwo(Ludlow). Henry runs up huge amounts of war debts and the war seems decided. Yet, when Henry marries Margaret d'Anjou, the promise of Angevin backing cowered the Welsh into signing the Treaty of Ludlow. It, among other things, promised that Wales would become a fully independent country in 1450, but until then, would have to disband it's army, pay huge amounts of money to England, could not enter into any treaties with the French, and were forbidden from choosing a ruler. They were also made into a vassal state of England until 1450.

So, what does RA stand for?
RA stands for Ranger's Apprentice, which was the name of my first mod and I have since used it to mark that a mod was created by me.

Hey, is this a dead mod? Cos it sounds like it'd be so much fun, but sadly it crashes my game instantly when opening it

Maybe? I am currently working on another mod, More Religious Doctrines. I could perhaps go back to this mod but it seems unlikely. Sorry for such an inconclusive statement.

Yes, it's good about that when I was talking about the uniform blocks.
Thank you for your time and I hope you will be very successful!

As for the cultures, do you mean that there is just a 'Gallic' and 'Hispanic' culture? If so, that part of the mission tree is not wholly complete and in the future I plan to add different cultures for different areas. It is also the reason why those missions have very similiar descriptions and very similar pictures. Adding a dynamic culture system is very possible (it is done in Vanilla with American and Brazilian)
