This is the third in my series bringing Sydney's inner-west terraces to the workshop. This is the first set to include some actual roof tiles, alongside classic corrugated sheet metal. These humble 2br houses will sell for around $1,500,000 each. As with my previous two instalments, no I don't know why the scaffolding goes so high (maybe the original building I templated it off?), and yes I know that despite being two houses sandwiched together, only 1 "household" of Cims will live in each. Fix it with RICO if it bothers you :)

This item includes two low residential growables - Sydney Terrace 3a and Sydney Terrace 3b. Each of these have three of their own styles using the Building Variations mod, which swap out the roofs and the structure of the porch fence. You will need the Building Variations mod to use the alternatives. I have listed it as required just to encourage you to use it, but it is not essential. The last screenshot in the gallery shows how it will look with it turned off - still pretty good, right?

No props are included in this item - vanilla or otherwise.

Each of the buildings use the same texture (same as Terraces 2 actually), and each of the variation submeshes also use the same shared texture, so LSM should be used! The variation submeshes also share their LOD textures.
