actually the 50 belt was rare to actually see since the gunner needed to be able to fire the gun at large groups of targets, the mg42 had a variety of belts, drums and clips sizes from 50-75-125-150-250 and most uncommon was a 15 round clip wich was a 20mm round fired at a slower rate out of a quad barreled platformed mg42 anti air gun
