Lukki Mutation: I'd put it at A or B. 90% of the time I shoot explosives before getting near them as a habit, so the legs don't blow me up, but more importantly they have great damage for early game and will randomly impale nearby enemies. Additionally, it removes your levitation because you can now crawl up vertical surfaces which is really useful in a lot of places, and with skill you can also get up from underneath ledges.
Boomerang Spells I would put at C because it does have a niche use: with luminous drill. Aside from the boomerang aspect, it also gives velocity and lifetime to spells, and this means that luminous drill turns into a Star Wars laser thing that comes back to you and deals more damage because it can pierce enemies, and even better doesn't damage you.
Gave you an award if only for that sweet ELECTRIC SIX reference!
Are you mad?
If you know how, you can get quite some healing, Saving Grace effectively prevents you from getting one-hit and it refreshes as soon as your life goes above 1.
I don't know how many runs you've had, nor how long they tend to be, but as someone who made the effort to get the little fancy gold chain I can guarantee that Saving Grace is an S-Rank perk
