Niemand's Better magicans in the college of winterhold

Description
This mod gives the magicans in the college of winterhold better skills and more spells.They also help you, if enemies are in the area around. If one of the magicans die, they will respawn (magicans who die in quests DON'T respawn).

Coming soon: They follow you if you ask them.

Turning them into followers might break their associated quests, since you have to change their relationship with the player.
