Note that original map wasn't created by me, I just re textured and added details to the map. Full credits, in no set order:

One of the greatest maps of tf2 and without these people, this map would have never been made so I give 90% of the credit to these people.
This map also contains custom (non collision) snow particles made by Psy so big thanks to him for making them.
