Hjerim Minor Fixes

Description
Hjerim is my favorite house in Skyrim, but I found a few bugs that bothered me, so I fixed them!

This mod fixes:

The spice hanger that's in your face when cooking
The double chairs in main bedroom (Two chairs stuck together)
The double bed in main bedroom (Two beds stuck together)
Moves the cupboard that is stuck in the shelf

This mod makes no difference in my game. There is still an old bed and chair sitting in the middle of my decorated bedroom. I installed this mod specifically to deal with that issue. Is there a special place in the load order this needs to be inserted to work with the unofficial patch or is the mod simply outdated and not compatible with current versions of Skyrim?

Can you please fix the bug where you can not purchase hjerim even with the pre requisites( beating civil war/blood on ice)

The rope beside the bed is still there, please fix it and is the bed supposed to be not beside the wall?

did this move furniture at all? because all of a sudden I have a woodcutter's axe floating in the air next to a shelf. Is it a problem with the mod or do I call Ghostbusters?
