GTA Online: Start from nothing.

Rockstar's main Online service is GTA Online, a massive multiplayer online experience filled with millions of players. If you haven't played online before, its a great time to start because so much more content is in the game now. While there are a lot of things to do in GTA Online, inorder to buy all of this new content, you have to grind missions for GTA Dollars. Many players find the grind too much and resort to buying shark cards which are overpriced and not worth it. In this guide I'm going to show you how to start from nothing, and create your own empire in GTA Online, starting from the tutorial, and working your way up to the top.

When you bought this game, you could have possibly bought one of the many editions that include the "Criminal Enterprise Starterpack" which includes many of the GTA Online businesses such as a CEO Office, MC Business and warehouse. You may have also bought one of the bundles on steam that comes with a shark card. If you have any of those than this tutorial isn't that necessary, just remember to save your money.

But lets say you bought the standard version of the game, which only includes the singeplayer and GTA Online. When you start, you may be confused about where to go from here on, but in this guide, I'll show you how to start off you GTA Online career and where to go on.
If you are a returning player who is trying to start a new character in GTA Online, this guide may be of use to you, so stick around and you may even learn something you didn't know.

NOTE: I won't be updating the guide very often, so in the future there may be new ways to make money. I'll get around to adding them when I feel like it.

Our Goals

Welcome to the guide! Throughout this guide, you will learn how to take yourself from nothing to tons of money. Here will be a few of the goals

Our Goals are:

• Get a Personal Vehicle
  
• Buy a High-End Apartment
  
• Buy a CEO Office
  
• Buy a Special Cargo Warehouse and/or Vehicle Cargo Warehouse
  
• Buy a Motorcycle Club (If You Want)
  
• Buy a Doomsday Facility and start the Doomsday Heist (If you want)

Many of these items are very expensive, but if you work for it you can buy them without spending a single penny on this game. Throughout this guide I will show you how to start each business.

I have left a video which includes similar information to what is shown in this guide.

Tips for playing GTA Online

It can be hard to keep money in your bank in GTA Online with all the new vehicles and businesses that have been added, but most of the time the items they add are useless. You always want to keep a bit of money because every day you play the game you have to pay the Mechanic, apartment bill, and office assistant. I'm going to give you some tips to not go broke in GTA Online

1. Don't buy worthless things

Don't spend all your money on worthless things like supercars without doing research. Check the stats on the cars you want to buy to see if they are better than what you have because higher pricing in GTA Online doesn't always mean its better. Rockstar has added many worthless things that don't give you any money, cost a lot of money, and can't be sold later.

One example is the Yacht. Now back when this update came out, there was a lot of excitement for it. While I will say it was fun at the time of its release, it has only become more useless now. The Yacht update came out in 2016, and added the Galaxy Super Yacht. They start at $6,000,000 GTA Dollars for the base model, $7,000,000 GTA Dollars for the middle range model, and $8,000,000 GTA Dollars for the most expensive model. These are worthless purchases because all the Yachts do is sit in one spot in the water and not move. It is just an apartment on water, but it's worthless because you probably have an apartment, and a High-End apartment allows you store 10 Cars and its way cheaper, even when you get the most expensive High-End apartment. The only mission you can do with the Yacht is a VIP mission called Piracy Prevention, which doesn't give you that much money. You don't get to drive the Yacht at all. The only good thing about the Yacht is you get a free helicopter. A new update released which added Yacht missions to the game, but they don't pay all that well in comparison to all the other methods you have.


Another example is the casino penthouse. The penthouse doesn't give you anyway to make money at all, all it does is give you a basic apartment with a computer, but you can already access the internet from the phone menu. You pay upwards of 1 million for this and you just get an apartment, but the difference is you can't do any of things like hosting heists. You can buy a roof terrace, but you can already access that by getting a helicopter and flying up to the top of the casino. You don't even need the penthouse to enter the casino, all it lets you do is play certain tables. The addition of being able to watch movies in the penthouse is pretty cool, but then that's the only good feature. You can go to a movie theatre in freemode and watch any of the movies for only a few dollars, compared to what you're spending on this thing. The casino update isn't even that interesting anyway, it tries its best to look like the Nightclub update but the difference is the nightclub can make you money, is cheaper, and can hold supplies from your other businesses. In short, DON'T BUY THE PENTHOUSE.


The biggest waste of money I want to cover is the Luxor Deluxe and the Swift Deluxe. These items are notorious in the GTA Online community for being worthless purchases that burn a massive hole in your wallet. The Swift Deluxe and Luxor Deluxe can be purchased from Elitas, the Swift Deluxe costs $5,500,000 GTA Dollars, and the Luxor Deluxe costs $10,000,000 GTA Dollars. Both of these items are retextures of older vehicles, the Luxor and the Swift, that don't add anything performance wise. All they do is add a TV to access the internet and some wine. You can already access the internet from the phone, so your paying an extra $4,000,000/$9,000,000 just to drink wine, something you can do for free from the apartment. They share the same stats as the original vehicles do, just changing the black paint to a gold paintjob. Worst of all, you can't go into passive mode while in this vehicle. For the love of god, DO NOT BUY THESE VEHICLES.


The last thing I'll cover is the drinks you can buy in the Nightclub. The Nightclub drinks can be bought from the bartender at the Nightclub and they cost over $100,000 GTA Dollars. When you buy them, it just plays an animation of your character opening a wine bottle and spraying it around, and the worst part is you don't even drink it. With the money you spend on the drinks, you could buy crates or supplies for your MC business. You can get drinks for free from your apartment or you can buy beer bottles for 1 dollar that you can keep in your inventory, and you can drink them. I remember buying one of these bottles thinking I would be able to drink it, but all I got was disappointment.





2. Sell old cars

When you buy a new car in GTA, you should sell the old car like it. If you owned the fastest supercar before the new car came out, you can sell the old car to make room for the new one, and take the money to reinvest in new businesses.



3. Buy crates in singles if you are going solo

When playing solo, don't buy all your crates in groups of 2 or 3 because it is actually cheaper to buy crates in singles.

Here is an example

• 1 Crate: $2,000
  
• 2 Crates: $8,000
  
• 3 Crates: $18,000

If you do the math, it would cost you $6,000 to buy 3 crates seperate, which is less than the $18,000 you will have to pay more to buy them in bulk. It is also less risky and easier to get the crates in a single. If you are playing solo, it is pretty hard to retrieve all 3 crates and bring them back to the warehouse, and you can only carry 1 crate at a time.

If you have friends, do it in multiples of crates, because the process is much quicker and you can have each person go after a crate.



4. Play with friends

GTA Online is a game that stresses teamwork more than ever. You can make more money when you play with friends and you can have more fun. You make more money when playing with other players in Missions than solo, and you get more money from winning races if you are racing against other people. To top it all off, you need multiple players to do the heists. There are also multiple missions that require multiple players, such as Martin's Dispatch missions.

If you have a friend who owns the game, invite him to play with you, you won't regret it. If your friend doesn't own the game, ask them to buy and help them out, you'll have a ton of fun playing with friends, even more fun than playing solo.

If you are going to do a heist, you shouldn't play with random people. It's easier to play heists with a full crew of your friends because you can communicate with them well, even better than communicating with randoms. Communication is important, so invite some friends to play, maybe play with some friends you made playing the game.



5. Find a solo session

It can be hard sometimes to play in a session full of players. A big risk is Tri-hards, who are only concerned in killing you, and destroying your profit to boost their K/D. You also can't sell anything from your businesses in an Invite Only Session. There is a solution to get around this though, and it is to find a solo session, I'll show you how.

How to find a solo session

• 1. Open up the map
  
• 2. Go over to the Online tab
  
• 3. Click "Find New Session"
  
• 4. Repeat until you find yourself a solo session.

Creating your character

Before there could be a game, there had to be a character, and this game gives you the ability to create one! The character creation menu gives you many different options to make your character look how you want it to look.



You can make your character any skin color or gender, so it's really your choice how you go about this section.

(OPTIONAL) Tutorial

You can chose to skip the tutorial, but I recommend you do the tutorial. The tutorial has you race against Lamar, a character you may remember if you played the story mode and take out a car carrying drugs. After completing the tutorial you should be about rank 2 and have a few thousand in the bank. If you skipped the tutorial you should only be level 1 and have no money, it takes a bit longer but you get a payout and a level up.

1. The Basics

If you completed the tutorial, you should be about level 2 and have around $7,000 GTA Dollars which is not a lot in terms of money in GTA, so our goal will be to make money.

Personal Vehicle

You are going to need a car if you are going to travel around the map a lot, but at the moment you aren't able to buy a garage until rank 5 where you can purchase one, so you'll have to steal it off the street. You can steal any car off the street as long as their value is under $55,000 GTA Dollars. I recommend a few cars for starting out.

Recommended Cars

Out of all of these, I'd say to get the Karin Sultan because of its benefits in the future. The car is decently fast stock and looks quite stylish. Later on when you have more money you can take it over to Benny's Garage and get some upgrades that increase performance, and style.

The Bravado Buffalo is good for early on but it doesn't provide as many benefits as the Sultan does. Otherwise it is still a good car, and both of these car be found on the streets.

You will have to wait a bit before you can purchase the Elegy, because you will need to own a garage first but it is worth it and free. The Elegy can be upgraded at Benny's Garage later just like the Sultan.

Free Cars

If you are a returning player to GTA Online, you get a few cars for free which in most cases have better performance and armour than anything else.


The Duke O'Death is probably the best out of all of these because it has enough armor to survive against NPC attacks and it is quick. It's perfect for contact missions and VIP missions.

Stats

When you look at your character, you will notice a stats menu.

The Menu includes many stats, like your K/D ratio, and your rank, but the stats that stand out the most are:

• Stamina
  
• Strength
  
• Shooting
  
• Stealth
  
• Flying
  
• Driving
  
• Mental State

I will explain what all these stats mean

Stamina

The Stamina stat increases how long you can run for before you get tired, it is by far the easiest stat to increase because you increase it by running. Most people raise this stat by just playing the game. Another great way to increase it is to ride around on a bike.

Strength

The Strength stat increases how much power you can put into your punches meaning you can deal more damage when throwing punches. Your strength stat can be increased by fighting NPCs but it increases more if you fight other players. You can increase your strength stat a lot by playing games like Golf and Darts with friends.

Shooting

The Shooting stat increases your skill with guns. It decreases the recoil on weapons, makes reload times much faster, increases ammo capacity, and increases the chance of hitting headshots. The skill can be increased by shooting and killing enemies with guns, meaning it is one of the easier stats to increase with many people maxing this stat out by just playing the game.

Stealth

The Stealth stat increases your stealth skills. The stat makes it easier to sneak up on enemies and do takedowns. It is an easy stat to increase but many people have to work towards this stat instead of just playing the game regularly. To increase the stat, walk around in sneak mode and do sneak takedowns on people.

Flying

The Flying stat increases your skill with flying. The stat makes it easier to fly planes and helicopters, one of the many forms of transportation in GTA V. It is one of the harder stats to increase because it takes very long to increase. You may have to fly around for days before it is maxed out but their is a method to increase it quickly. Practice taking off and touching down on the runway.

Driving

The Driving stat increases your skill with driving by making it easier to make turns, brake, and drive at high speeds. This is one of the stats that people max out without knowing just by playing the game.

Mental State

The Mental State stat was introduced to GTA Online in 2014 to mark players who kill a lot of people. This stat is in place so players know how dangerous a player is and if they should stay away. The mental state turns a players blip red when it is high, and once it has been raised to max, you will stand out more on the map and players can earn RP from killing you. When it starts to rise, you will get a warning message on the side of your screen. It can be decreased by being peaceful.

Some extra stats

Every 20 ranks you gain in GTA Online, your health stat increases. Once you hit Rank 120, your health stat reaches max. It is the only stat can only be increased by leveling up.

Lung Capacity increases how long you can swim underwater before you start to drown. This stat cannot be see by anyone else but you, like the health stat except no one can see it at all.

2. Early Money Making Strategies

In GTA Online, money makes the world go round, much like it does in real life, so if you want to have all the fun things in the game you'll need money. The best way to make money early in the game is Jobs, and will still be quite useful even afterwards when you have a CEO Office.

Jobs

You can get requests to do jobs from your phone or select any job from the menu. You can select a job by going over to the online tab in the pause menu and clicking jobs. When you open the menu you have quite a few jobs.

• Deathmatches
  
• Capture
  
• Last Team Standing
  
• King of the Hill
  
• Surivals
  
• Missions
  
• Versus
  
• Adversary Mode
  
• Parachuting

If you are not very skilled in online matches, do not choose Arena War, Stunt Races, Races, Deathmatches, Capture, Survivals, or Versus because you only make a lot of money from those if you place high. Choose Missions for now. When you start, you don't have access to many missions but as you rank up you unlock more. I'll list the best Missions for making money quick.

• Rooftop Rumble [Rank 74]
  
• Pier Pressure [Rank 6]
  
• The Los Santos Connection [Rank 40]

Pier Pressure is the first mission unlocked on this list and it pays similarly to Rooftop Rumble and The Los Santos Connection, but it's just a little bit less. This is because Pier Pressure is a more simple mission.

Pier Pressure has you kill a few enemies who are doing a meth deal, take the meth, and deliver it to Gerald. Keep in mind that when you are doing contact missions, you make more money the longer you take until 15 minutes. After 15 Minutes you don't make anymore money. Try to put the missions on Hard Difficulty because you get a 1.5x multiplier for money and RP.

VIP Missions

Another good money making strategy early on is VIP Missions, they are like contact missions, except they are done in freemode instead of in a Job Menu. They are good missions for early on because they give you a lot of money and they can be done in an Invite-Only session

How to become a VIP

• 1. Have $50,000 GTA Dollars in your bank.
  
• 2. Open the interaction menu by holding "M" on your keyboard. (Back button on XBOX Controller)
  
• 3. Click on "SecuroServ"
  
• 4. Click "Register as a VIP"

The 2 missions you want to do are Headhunter and Sightseer because they are quick, easy, and have some of the biggest payouts for VIP Missions.

Headhunter

Headhunter has you go around the map and assassinate 4 different targets who are armed. This mission is harder than sightseer, but it is a lot of fun. You can also play this mission with your friends and have them go after a different target each.

Sightseer

Sightseer has you play a hacking mini-game on your phone to figure out the location of several packages. This mission is easier and doesn't require a weapon. None of the packages are guarded.



Moving On

If you have used all these strategies, your rank should be a bit higher than it was when you started out, and you should have enough money to purchase the High-End apartment in Del Perro Heights for $200,000 GTA Dollars, which mean you are ready for the next part of the guide.

3. Heists

You just bought yourself a High-End apartment, which means you have the ability to host a heist once you hit Rank 12. Lester, who you meet at Rank 10 and get the ability to call, will contact you about the Heists.

The first heist you can do is the Fleeca Job, and unlike all other heists, this one only requires 2 people instead of 4. In this heist, you and another player have to break into the Fleeca Bank located on the western highway and steal the money from the bank.


Heists are broken up into 2 sections, setup and finale. In the setup, you do several different missions that have you and a few players steal equipment to be used for the heist like weapons and vehicles. The finale is where the heist is performed. Just like missions, you get more money by setting it on a harder difficulty.

On the Fleeca Job you can get a payout of this amount of money depending on what you chose. At the cost of it being more or less challenging.

• Easy: $57,500
  
• Normal: $115,000
  
• Hard: $143,750

In total, the game has 5 heists, and they are:

• Fleeca Job
  
• The Prison Break
  
• Humane Labs Raid
  
• Series A Funding
  
• The Pacific Standard Job

Each heist pays out more money than the last, with The Pacific Standard Job paying out the most money out of all of them.

Heist Challenges

If you want to make some more money on heists, there are a few challenges you can do which can net you some more cash. I'll go ovet them.

The first one is the all in order challenge. This challenge requires you to do every single heist in order, making this the easiest challenge to complete. After completing every heist in order, you'll make an extra $1,000,000 GTA Dollars.

The second one is loyalty. The loyalty challenge requires you to complete all the heists on any difficulty with the same team of players on each heist. This one can be more challenging than the all in order challenge because you always need to have a team of the same four players, but if you can accomplish it, you'll make an extra $1,000,000 GTA Dollars.

The last one is the criminal mastermind challenge. This one is by far, the hardest challenge in the game. You have to complete every single heist in order on hard difficulty with the same team of players, and have no-one die. This is really hard to do if you are a beginner, DON'T DO THIS ON YOUR FIRST PLAYTHROUGH. If you do manage to accomplish this, you will make an extra $10,000,000 GTA Dollars for your effort.

Heist Rewards

Not only do you get money for completing heists, but you also get rewards. These rewards can be unlocking new vehicles that can be purchased or discounts on vehicles used in the heists. The best reward is the discounted price of the Armoured Kuruma, which is a nice vehicle to have in the game.

Armoured Kuruma

The armoured Kuruma can be purchased from Southern San Andreas Super-Autos for $698,250 GTA Dollars and can be purchased for a discounted price of $525,000 GTA Dollars after completing the Fleeca Job. It is basically a Duke O'Death that is faster, smaller, and has more armour. It has bullet proof windows and tires and can survive 1 explosion so you won't be destroyed initially by someone chasing after you in a Buzzard or Oppressor Mark II. It can withstand shots from NPC bullets so it is perfect for doing missions, heists, and VIP Missions, the chances are, no player in a lobby will be able to land a shot on you and do damage. It has a high Top Speed and high Acceleration so it is perfect for landing quick driveby shots before they can hit you back, and works as great armour for when you're behind cover. It can hold 4 people so it's perfect for transporting every heist member across the map.

Insurgent and Insurgent Pick-Up

Another great vehicle you can get a discounted price on is the Insurgent, and Insurgent pickup.


Both vehicles can be bought from Warstock Cache & Carry, and can be bought at a discounted price after completing the Humane Labs Raid finale. The insurgent can be purchased for $897,750 and can be purchased for $675,000 at the discounted price, making it around the same price as the Armoured Kuruma at regular price.

The Insurgent Pickup can be bought for $1,795,000 GTA Dollars on Warstock or can be purchased at the discount price of $1,350,000 GTA Dollars. This vehicle was free to players for one day only on December 31, 2018 if they signed in that day.

The Insurgent can hold 6 players while the Insurgent Pickup can hold 9, they also both have the same armour. The main difference is the type of vehicle and weaponry. The insurgent has no cannon on the top and can be stored in a garage as a personal vehicle, the Insurgent Pickup is a Pegasus vehicle but it can be upgraded into a personal vehicle in the Mobile Operations Center or Avenger Workshop for a price of $202,500 GTA Dollars, it can tow trailers such as the Anti-Aircraft Trailer when upgraded, and it has built in weaponry.

The Difference

These vehicles serve a similar purpose but are both a lot different than the Armoured Kuruma. These vehicles can hold 6 or 9 players while the Kuruma can only hold 4, and both of the Insurgent models can withstand up to 20 explosions before being destroyed while the Kuruma explodes in 1. The Insurgent models may have the upper hand in those areas but compared to the Kuruma, the Kuruma is faster, smaller and has bullet proof windows. Both vehicles have their purposes. The Kuruma is better for quick driveby combat while the Insurgent models are better for taking down big vehicles with lots of armour or large groups of enemy vehicles, so you can't go wrong with any of this vehicles.

4. More Advanced Money Making Strategies

After some more grinding and completing the first heist you should finally have saved up $1,000,000 GTA Dollars to buy the Maze Bank West CEO Office.


Special Cargo



You have now become a permanent VIP member, must most importantly you now have access to Special Cargo and Vehicle Cargo Missions, so if you have the money for a warehouse then you should purchase one.




Each warehouse has a different size, with the biggest being able to hold more crates meaning more money to be made. A large Special Cargo warehouse can hold 111 crates which means you can make around $5,000,000 GTA Dollars after selling all of these, and you get a high demand bonus of 1% per player in the session, so you would make an extra $1,555,000 from 31% of $5,000,000 if you had the maximum amount of players in the session which is 31. You also recieve a lot of RP when you make a sale, I was able to gain 10 levels in 1 day from selling crates.


Vehicle Cargo




Vehicle cargo is different. There are 32 cars that can be stolen and the cars are split into 3 ranges.

• Standard Range
  
• Mid Range
  
• Top Range

Each range pays out differently with Standard paying out the least and Top paying out the most. The cars you have to steal are randomly chosen so you can't go directly after a certain range. You can force the warehouse to only give you Top Range cars by filling up the warehouse with Standard and Mid Range vehicles, because you can only have one of a specific car in the warehouse. Try not to damage the cars because you'll have to pay for the damages when you bring them back to the warehouse.

You are able to sell up to 4 vehicles at once so if all the cars are Top Range you're looking at about $400,000 GTA Dollars. You have 3 different types of sales.

• Private
  
• Showroom
  
• Specialist Dealer

Private deals give you the least amount of money. When you do a private sale, the car buyer comes to the warehouse and takes the car, which doesn't give you a lot of money. No modifications have to be done to the car.

Showroom deals net you the second most amount of money, but you have to pay for some mods.

Specialist dealer gives you the most amount of money, but this is because it has the highest risk. You have to drive the car to a location across the map while your location is notified to every player in the session, who can steal the car and bring it back to their warehouse or destroy it to earn money and RP. To get around this, you can activate Ghost Organization in the interaction menu under SecuroServ for $15,000 GTA Dollars. Activating Ghost Organization hides your location from anyone on the map for 2 minutes, and they aren't notified that you are making a vehicle sale. Ghost Organization can be used when making any type of sale, even if it's not Vehicle Cargo.


Motorcycle Club



If you have enough money, you can go ahead and buy yourself a Motorcycle Clubhouse and lockup. There are different types of lockups in this game that each sell a different thing. The things you can sell are.

• Weed
  
• Cocaine
  
• Counterfeit Cash
  
• Document Forgery

With these businesses you have to spend a little bit of money on supplies to start producing product, then you have to wait a while for it to produce it all. You can sell it at any time, even when you are not at maximum profits.

The MC businesses can be great ways to make money but they can be annoying sometimes. For example, if you haven't grown anything at the Weed farm in a while, LJT will call you every single time you login to tell you to go and grow plants. This annoyed me so much that I shutdown my MC business.

5. Optional Businesses

The main businesses you want are the CEO Office, and the MC Lockup, but there are some other business you could buy when you have some more money that can net you some extra cash.

Nightclub

The After Hours update came out in summer 2018, and it brought along many new vehicles and clothing, but the biggest thing it brought was the Nightclub.



When you buy the Nightclub, Tony will be added to your phone, you may remember Tony if you played the Ballad of Gay Tony expansion in GTA 4. When you stop by the Nightclub, you will have to get it setup by picking up the Nightclub Crew and stealing a speaker system. After all of that is done, your Nightclub is ready to go, and you can start producing profit.



This is the Nightclub menu, where you will run all the operations of your Nightclub. When you walked into your Nightclub for the first time after you finished setup, you should have noticed a popularity meter. Your nightclub will make more money the more popular it is, so it is important to keep it popular. You can do missions to boost popularity in the Nightclub menu. You can also change the DJ at the Nightclub to boost popularity. The profits from each day are put into the safe in the Nightclub Office, but you can only hold up to $70,000 GTA Dollars at a time in the safe. You can also set an entrance fee of up to $100 GTA Dollars which players will have to pay to enter the club.

The Nightclub can act as a hub for some of your other businesses and you can buy a delivery vehicle to transport items. Just keep in mind you will need to own another business such as a Motorcycle Club or CEO Office in order to use any of the Nightclub sale features.

Terrorbyte

The Terrorbyte is an armoured truck released in the After Hours update. It gives you the ability to sell product from your other businesses which is a nice feature.

The Terrorbyte comes with a cabin called the Nerve Centre which has a controller for a missile launcher, and a drone that can stun and enemies. It also has a storage spot to hold an Oppressor Mark II for when you need to use that. It is a good vehicle for doing business work because it has weaponry. You can have 2 people in the back controlling one of the cannons and the drone while you drive, and they can quickly eject from the cabin with the Oppressor Mark II for sky combat. It is priced at $1,375,000 GTA Dollars for the base model which can be upgraded, and it is available on Warstock Cache & Carry.


Smugglers Run Hangar



Smuggler's Run was released in mid-late 2017, and introduced the Hangar. The Hangar can be bought at Fort Zancudo or Los Santos International Airport, with the cheaper one being located at the Airport. You can store your planes and helicopters in the hangar as personal vehicles, and the Pegasus vehicles can be converted into personal vehicles that will be stored in the Hangar. One of the best parts is, if you own the Fort Zancudo Hangar, the military won't go after you unless you kill one of the soldiers or steal a vehicle from the base. They can be bought for around $1,525,000 GTA Dollars for the cheapest model.



In this menu, you can buy and sell supplies from your hangar business, which is another great way to make money. Like all the other businesses, you have a limit of how much you can hold at a certain time, but every hangar comes with the same amount of storage.

6. Doomsday Heist

Introduction

The Doomsday Heist, is the second heist update in GTA Online, it was released in 2017 and is a 3 stage heist setup. In order to start the Doomsday Heist, a player must be a CEO or MC President, and own a Facility. The Facility can be bought at Maze Bank Foreclosures for upwards of $1,025,000 GTA Dollars.

Their are 3 stages in the Doomsday heist, each one a different heist with the setup missions and a finale. The 3 stages are:

• Act I: The Data Breaches
  
• Act II: The Bogdan Problem
  
• Act III: The Doomsday Scenario

Unlike in the regular Heist missions, the Doomsday Heist setups are done in freemode while the regular Heists are done in a Job Lobby, this means that other players in the session can steal or destroy the equipment you are stealing for the setup mission. You can also play the Doomsday Heist with 2-4 players while the original Heists required 4 players. The Doomsday Heist pays out more money than the regular Heists do, but that is at the cost of having to buy a Facility.

The money you can receive from each stage is:

• Act I: $325,000 - $812,500
  
• Act II: $475,000 - $1,187,500
  
• Act III: $1,200,000 - $1,500,000

Vehicles To Buy If Possible

Avenger

The Avenger is a hybrid between a plane and a helicopter that is similar to the Mobile Operations Center.



The Avenger can be purchased from Warstock Cache & Carry for $3,450,000 GTA Dollars for the base model. The Avenger comes with a vehicle workshop like the Mobile Operations Center has, and the Avenger can be equipped with a Cannon and explosives. The Avenger can fit 5 people, 1 pilot, 1 passenger, and 3 gunners.

It is a good vehicle to have because not only can it defend against attacks, but it has a vehicle workshop. It's fitted with armour that can withstand a lot of explosions and a cannon that can deal a lot of damage.

Deluxo

The Deluxo is a car that can be bought from Warstock Cache & Carry for $4,721,500 GTA Dollars or at a discount price of $3,550,000 GTA Dollars after completing Act I of the Doomsday Heist.

The car is based on the DeLorean DMC-12 and the DeLorean from the Back to the Future movie. It has the ability to fly, and can seat 2 players. The flight mode can be engaged by pressing X. The car comes with a standard cannon but can be equipped with missiles in the Avenger or Mobile Operations Center. While it has great weaponry, its armour is weak with the car exploding after being hit with 1 explosive.

After completing all of this, you should have a lot of cash on your character and be a very high level, so congratulations.

I would just do the following when first joining:
1. get 50k for VIP by robbing stores (can just easily get wanted level off by going underground), doing races (not guaranteed to win, I see a lot of new players lose because they don't have custom car), missions (could be hard for starter), OR I'd complete flight school, not guaranteed to be easy.
2. after vip I'd grind vip missions for a clubhouse, then I would grind vip missions or MC missions and then get 1 MC business going (coke one makes most money in gta v)
3. then grind that until I can buy arcade in los santos (arcade in north of island has terrible location) or submarine for either casino heist or cayo perico (personally I prefer casino, though it requires 2 players, you can use places like discord gta v server to find people who are willing to do heist with you)
4. then grind for terrorbyte and oppressor mk2 to help you with casino heist or grind for submarine helicopter to make it easier to grind cayo perico

Worked my way to all properties with multiple cars, submarine, and even an oppresor MKII. Realized it ruined the game. Sold everything moved back to the hood. Finnally for the first time had fun.

The bunker business has to be one of the best passive incomes and the sell mission aren't that difficult either. The night club is also good but I hate how it takes way too long for our inventories to fill up. The Night club really becomes amazing once you own all of the required business and have the inventory space and sell vehicles fully upgraded. However, it's difficult to decide whether or not to buy the night club early or later on because the Terrorbyte and Oppressor Mk2 make the CEO missions and businesses soooooo much easier.

You should add that doing all the Heists in order, without ever going off of it, will earn you the award "All in Order", which earns you an additional million. This means doing the first Fleeca Setup to the Pacific Standard heist, all in a fine, orderly line, from top to bottom (As in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 even if given a choice) in the heist setup board. Doing it with the same people from beginning to end will give you and them another million (Called the Loyalty bonus). You can check your progress from 0 to 27 by pausing the game, going to the right of "Store": Stats - Awards - Heists - All in Order OR Loyalty. These are also available for the Doomsday Heist, which earns you more money the more players you do it with.
