A skeleton called “Sand whale” in Mongrel's bar will sell Muramasa.
Also, by researching “Muramasa of fake” (AI core required), you will be able to create Muramasa using the workbench “Old Katanasmith's Blacksmith”. However, the created Muramasa will be slightly worse than the original one.
MOD "Masamasa Ittou" is required.
