Gibraltar: Operation Felix

Description
"Operation Felix was the codename for a proposed German seizure of Gibraltar during World War II, subject to the cooperation of Spanish caudillo Francisco Franco. It did not happen, chiefly because of Franco's reluctance to enter the war..." (Wikipedia) [en.wikipedia.org]

Wikipedia tells us this operation never happened, but Wikipedia is wrong sometimes.


Join the 24/7 Gibraltar server (with bots)

Multiplayer > Browse Servers > Custom Games
Look for "24/7 Gibraltar"
(or connect 172.96.164.154:17522)


Or, launch the map in Practice mode

Practice > select Gibraltar > select 'Invasion' > set bot count > Play
(or in console: 'map gibraltar invasion' , 'doi_bot_quota 16)

idk if you gonna update this someday but if you do, fix the border next german spawn so the bots don't get stuck

There are only a handful of custom maps that do have overlay

Really keen for this to be tied in with a few other maps, all invasion mode and maybe liberation to switch it up occasionally.

I try to play every day when possible and some real pvp action here would be awesome.

whats pathetic is everything is right there! just put causeway, carentan, tobruk, this one here. well whats left of the community should do it.. the {WeB} guys used to play a night a week, PVP on customs.. we need 1 custom pvp server.. COMMUNITY! we no need no stinkin devs!
