i take back my previous comment about neutral special, i'm assuming its supposed to be laggy because it's strong.

honestly, this character is fun. feels very smooth. i guess my only complaint is that down strong only covers one side, and that neutral special is kinda useless because of how slow it is. but otherwise i see no issues.

Love the interesting choice of mon but it just doesn't really work in its current state imo. Awkward stiff normals and being lacking in options make the character very weird to play. Side B is a little basic but works and neutral B, while I wish it was a projectile, is a fun cheese option. Up air, nair, and dtilt felt ok but lacked in range like the rest of the moves (up air being an exception the range felt ok) from my time trying it out, but the rest of the kit just didn't feel like it worked really.

I'm imagining it'd need a moveset revamp and new animations to make the character more expressive while giving its normals more range, as well as some changes to stats to better reflect the character; specifically keeping the high ground speed of the character and low air speed, which is thematically fitting. In its current state the character has options for height and a decent juggle, where I feel it should have a lower jump height and good ground strings.

Yah know what? Awesome idea. Of all the pokemon to come to rivals, this was far from what I saw coming. And I'm here for it.

Big fan of triattack, only complaint is that fstrong and dstrong are so much stronger and faster that it's hard to justify using it.

this char has potential but I think his attacks have almost no range, I'm ooking forward to changes/buffs if you're planning on releasing updates
