How to release/create a vassal

Did you know it's actually possible to create a vassal in Imperator Rome? Well after 200 hours of playing I finally found the button to do so. Follow this guide to make the client states of your dreams.

Creating the vassal

Navigate over to your Nation Overview (F1 on the keyboard) and you'll find this button next to every province you own. Click it and you'll release that province as a Client State. Keep in mind you can only do this during peace time.





Additionally you can give them extra land by selling them territories that border theirs for zero wealth. They won't buy disconnected land however.
