Time Rift: Superheated Panic

Kuvaus
Time Rifts are born from disturbances in space-time. The conditions of a Time Rift are dependant on where they are opened. In extremely rare cases, a time rift can open atop an exploding star, making it into a Superheated Rift! The explosion is slowed, and the rift is filled to the brim with molten lava! When the time piece is collected, the star's explosion will return to normal. Hat Kid must collect the time piece from this rift to allow the explosion to finish, but it'll be quite a heated ordeal!

A very different kind of time rift! One with a lot of lava, and a lot of sharks, looking to chomp you up! This rift is a bit bigger, I kinda got carried away while making it, haha. Average length is 6 minutes. No hats are required, but if the level is too difficult for you, you can use the Time-Stop Hat to make it easier.

Par Time is 4:00.

This level is fun, and has a lot of heart / sovl.

Sadly, I encounter a lot of glitches, and am unable to complete the map. Which prevents me from beating Challenge Road 11 via the Level Compilations mod.

The rotating tower with spike platforms - I can't hang from the spikes, and I often get stuck *inside* of them.

Sometimes, I become invulnerable to lava - no health damage is taken, and I can just jump around in lava freely. When this happens, I can't ride the shark - so I get stuck at the part where the shark goes up the lava waterfall.

Sad, because it seems like a cool map. I'm playing on Linux FWIW, but have had no problem with Challenge Roads 1-10 or the rest of the game.

This is one of my favorite levels on the workshop. The platforming is fun, the music and atmosphere are amazing, the setting is imaginative, and it's got SNARK SHARKS.

yeah the second part is a major pain with the whole lose multiple hit points from one fall you might as well restart if you mess up

Really annoying and unfair way of dying in this map. If you land on the lava once you'll go flying into the air and either come back down landing on a platform, or the more likely scenario where you come back down landing on the lava again losing more hit points. Really stupid, I'd rather restart from a checkpoint than lose 2-3 hit points anytime I miss a jump and then fall into the void losing one more hit point (at least in the second part).
