USS PT-109

Probably the most famous PT boat in the world, PT-109 became famous for being captained by a young J. F. Kennedy. During the Battle of Blackett Strait, PT-109 ran into the japanese destroyer Amagiri during the night, which proceeded to ram PT-109, cutting it in half. Despite the violent collision, most of the crew survived thanks to Kennedy's efforts. The eleven survivors clung to the broken bow of the ship and swam to nearby islands, where they were found by native coastguards and later rescued by the crew of PT-157.

Yeah the PT-109 had a 37mm anti-tank gun affixed to the bow by the crew to increase their fire power. Most PT boats did have 20mm Oerlikons fitted to complement the Brownings, though some of the bigger ones had 40mm Bofors.

Apparently, PT Boat crews were able to s.t.e.a.l a 37mm AT cannon and even a autocannon.
Even they were able to put the my favorite M2 Browning version, the naval twin mount.

Not really, its a vast difference in size and speed. It's more like a rowboat with machineguns and a motor engine.

Ngl, PT boats were if you LS swapped the fucking Mayflower, covered it in machine guns and artillery pieces, and set them off to fight the biggest metal behemoths the world has ever seen.
