Ta'veren's Flintlock Pistol Pack for travel in hostile environments

Description
"A Gentleman's Flintlock Pistol Armoury"
Enderal is a hostile environment. Dangers lurk everywhere, and foes can be fearsome.
Fear not, brave travellers! Ta'veren has uncovered some Pyrean treasures scattered throughout the world that will make your travels a lot safer, and perhaps more enjoyable. The Pyreans left a legacy of advanced technologies, including gem-powered flintlock pistols.
They are rare, challenging to acquire, require skill to craft, yet are worth the investment.
Guns are lore-friendly, as you will see there are cannons outside of Ark!

THE CONCEPT
The idea to add flintlock pistols to the world of Enderal started when I first encountered cannons outside of Ark. Clearly it would not be lore-breaking to introduce a flintlock weapon to a world that has cannons, a lore of ancient but highly advanced beings (the Pyreans), and many ruins where some of these ancient artifacts (including a crystal powered train) can be encountered.
Pistols may be lethal to low level enemies, or inflict a severe injury to a higher level enemy, as should be expected from such a powerful weapon made by an earlier advanced society (i.e. the Pyreans).
A flintlock pistol is made to be carried in the left hand, and supplemented by a right hand melee weapon, but may be equipped in either, or both hands. The best adventurers will likely carry several charged flintlock pistols to quickly swap in a tight situation.

WHAT THE MOD DOES
The mod adds twelve flintlock pistols to the world (two models with four variations, and four unique models). Pistols increase in damage and value within these frameworks.
As these weapons date back to the Pyrean era, they are mostly found in or around Pyrean ruins, although other explorers of Pyrean ruins, and even a few mythical enemies might have some pistols, or crafting diagrams, in their possessions.
As these are Pyrean weapons, they do have multiple charges, but not infinite (that would be unfair to the poor lost ones). Pyrean weapons are recharged using soul gems, so keep a few in your pack.
Higher level pistols do more damage, and have a higher stagger effect. I named this "rough bullet", "shaped bullet", "forged bullet", and "refined bullet" effects.
The pistols do not show up when sheathed (as staves do not show up in the Skyrim/Enderal world).

WHERE TO FIND THE WEAPONS
I aimed to seamlessly integrate the pistols into the world, along some of the main, or important quests. So you may find either a pistol, or the blueprint for a pistol on enemies within Pyrean ruins, in chests in Pyrean ruins, on other explorers of Pyrean ruins, and on some mythical enemies.
[On the very starter beach you begin you adveture you might find the first pistol if you search the skeletons lying around].

DETAILS OF THE PACK:
- Twelve different flintlock type magical weapons (two models with four variations each, and four unique models).
-The pistols are powered and recharged using soul gems.
- Early models have six charges, and this steadily increases as better models are found to a limit of twelve (this is aimed at achieving a balance between the relative lethal nature of the pistols, and the relative high cost of keeping them charged). It intends to balances the game challenge, so that you have to consider how best to use the weapon when faced by multiple enemies.
- The weapons are integrated into the world, found on skeletons, enemies and in Pyrean ruins.
- Most pistols have a crafting recipe as well, also scattered throughout the world.
- Weapon effects aim to be realistic, with stagger and bloodsplash effects.
- The pistol is essentially a reskinned staff, and the weapon effect is a staff projectile, where I combined a basic damage with a stagger effect (using the Fuss shout perk effect).

CREDITS
Other creators have gone before me, such as knivezuchiha (2012's original "Flintlock pistol" for Skyrim), and miklou (2012's "Flintlock pistol by Mikloud"), as well as twitch.tv.twistybum on the Steam Workshop (2014's "Flintlock pistol V.2 no Dawnguard required"), yet I feel I am bringing something completely new and original to the world of Enderal. Weapon models have been completely revamped and retextured, and a completely new model has been imported and made from scratch for the game world.

**PLEASE RATE if you like this mod. Thanks

cannons are more like big ass match locks if anything, it requires someone light something on fire than put it to the fuse, unlike flint locks which have a self igniting system (IE the flint on the hammer) idk folks in enderal are smart, im sure they'll figure out a way to make a rock create sparks to ignite a volatile explosive material, after all there is gunpowder

Cannons were invented before the musket, and flint lock rifle and pistols are from 17th century irl. idk about enderal but cannon doesn't mean that it would allow flint lock to exist. It depends on the type of cannon.

Question: I see that pistols can be improved at the grindstone, but their stats don´t seem to change. Is that intended?

Can someone make the guns more accurate? I can't hit most of my targets!

While I like the idea. not only do I feel the guns are too strong. I'm not to big of a fan that its a charge system. I feel having ammo the player has to craft would be better. lets us enchant the guns. and maybe musckets and blunderbuss could be their as well
