I did not make this model and therefore am not taking any credit for it. It was ported from my modded GTA V and I cant find the author. If you are the auther and want this removed? Send a message A.S.A.P.

This is an model of an UK (traffic) officer with multiple ranks and skin tones. I did my best with the weightpainting and stuff but it did not turn out perfect. Textures are now crispy high res! (kind of)
Currently I am working on more GTA V ports so stay tuned for more!

@The World War II Fan, I do not make NPC's you are free to make them yourself using these models. And for all people in the future can you people please stop asking for me to make NPC's I am not going to :(
