why does the neutral heavy does nothing

bro i dont wanna be mean but if you compare literally any other workshop character to this it makes everything else look bad like this is art

since today's patch is rather big and relatively close to my ideal roob build, every patch from this point on is gonna have actual patch notes

as it turns out i forgot a couple of things so i'm gonna have to drop an additional patch within the week to address them

alright forget the formalities - let's get serious

within the week, Roob will be receiving an update which will include:
1. some of her alternate colors will be either rearranged or replaced
2. the replaced colors will be available through some secret methods (will have more info when i actually implement them)
3. new colors available through the same methods on certain 'slots' (for example, color 14)
4. down strong will be changed
5. up special will be changed
6. the update will be accompanied by a short 'overview' video that goes over each of her moves (plus explanations for what specific ones do) and some entry-level strings/combos
7.???

hopefully this'll give her a good push as i move forwards and try to get back into the swing of making workshop content (as i have 5 characters left to make before i can say "i'm done" and be content with stopping)
