Generals of Han culture are able to recurit any unlocked Yellow Turban and Bandit with "water clock"(required dlc01, dlc05)
Generals of Han culture are able to recurit any unlocked Animal units with "shaman"(required dlc06)
Generals of Han culture are able to recurit any unlocked Nanman units with "translator"(required dlc06)
Generals of Han culture are able to recurit Northern Army units with "northern army captain" according to game rule.(required dlc07)
This is to avoid armies of han culture made up of a lot of yellow turbans or nanman army.

Some units also require 3 or 6 level correct type general
