Destiny 2 100% Achievement Guide

A guide to earn all achievements in Destiny 2 with explanations of DLC requirements.

Intro

Welcome achievement hunters (and others)!

Here is a simple guide for Destiny 2 achievements, how to get them and which DLCs are required for which achievements.

Warning: Secret achievements are not marked as spoilers, read at your own discretion.

New Light Achievements // No DLC Required

Long and Winding Road - Reach level 20




Cayde's Pathfinder - Acquire each Hunter subclass




Ikora's Protégé - Acquire each Warlock subclass




Zavala's Lieutenant - Acquire each Titan subclass



3 above require you to play certain classes and their subclasses. Click here for a quick video guide about subclasses if you are new to the game.



In A Flash - Complete a Flashpoint on Earth, Titan, Nessus, or Io
Here[www.polygon.com] is a detailed guide on Flashpoints for those who are new to the game.



The People's Hero - Complete a Heroic public event.
You will counter public events as you play the game. Sentarry has a great guide for turning these into heroic. Reach it through here.




Heart of Darkness - Complete a Nightfall strike
You can find these in the orbit.



Challenge Accepted - Complete 30 challenges
You can find these on the Director with gold icons. They are quests like, Complete 1 Strike, Complete 1 Nightfall, Earn 5000 xp for your Clan etc. These reset daily/weekly depending on type, and overall 30 is required for the cheevo.




The Life Exotic - Collect 15 Red War exotic weapons or armor

Show Me What You Got - Complete Introduction: Crucible
This is a PVP mode



High-Stakes Play - Win a Gambit match
Another PVP mode, now available to non-Forsaken owners.
Bungie is a ♥♥♥♥ so this wont unlock unless you own Forsaken.



Lest Ye Be Judged - Encounter an Agent of the Nine somewhere in the system
Xûr, Agent of the Nine sells extremely rare items and only appears on weekends from Friday to Sunday. You can check https://whereisxur.com/ to locate him.



Legends Grow - Earn 5,000 Triumph points




Belly Of The Beast - Complete the Leviathan raid



The Prestige - Complete the Leviathan raid on Prestige difficulty
Raids have certain mechanics, so they can't be soloed regardless of your power. Nonetheless, even if you have no use for the gear, they are pretty fun!




Fashion Statement - Complete a Collections Badge

Forsaken Achievements

High-Stakes Play - Win a Gambit match




Nothing Left to Say - Pursue Uldren and the Fanatic to the Watchtower, and finish what you started



Heart of the Awoken - Enter the Dreaming City (This is unconfirmed, with New Light this zone is available to everyone but whether the achievement unlocks for all is not known. Please confirm.) As I assumed, this is tied to the questline of Forsaken, not the location itself.




An Exotic Journey - Complete a Forsaken Exotic Quest



Darkness Falls - Defeat a Forsaken Nightfall Boss
When you are in the strikes section, look at the Nightfall. Nightfall rotates weekly, you need to find one of these: Warden of Nothing / The Hollowed Lair / The Corrupted



Exotique - Collect 10 Forsaken Exotic weapons or armor




Wishing for the Best - Complete the "Last Wish" Raid



Seal the Deal - Complete a Triumph Seal
Unsure about this last one, but as far as I can see Forsaken/Shadow Keep required. It seems slightly possible to get it vanilla, but as far as I could tell, it requires previous season progress. Someone please confirm!



Legends Grow - Earn 5,000 Triumph points
Bungie is a ♥♥♥♥ so they hid this one behind the DLC as well.

I have 2 Triumph Seals (for the MMXX and Forerunner titles) but Steam still syas I have no seals completed so I'm stuck at 22/23.... :( Any way I can get this fixed?
