Non-Investigation Choices

This is a rough guide of November 27 to the end of the game of the choices (except yes/no and investigations) following dispatching officers.

How to use this guide

I made this as I was playing the game because I got sick of having to memorize everything. It's very rough and there's a lot of unknowns but it should help make fewer mistakes as you're playing through it.

Basic formatting is like this:
Event Type (Event Location)-Action 1; Action 2; Action 3

Action? = I speculate this is a better choice than I did but the event didn't come again so I couldn't verify it. Example: "Intelligence?"

Action # = This is the minimum safe ability number you should have before attempting it or it could fail. Example: "Negotiate 3"

Action #? = The # presented here is the number I had but it could be less as noted by the question mark. Example: "Sneak 3?"

I generally put events on the days I encountered them. If I encountered the event on multiple days, I moved it to the "Random" section.

There are some Event Type (Event Location) duplicates that are not the same. In these case, everything in this guide is in chronological order so you can figure out which is most likely according to where you're at in the game.

I recommend Shooter (removes enemy cover buff and slightly improves accuracy), Interception (gives you a chance to kill them in their turn), Ferret (increases defensive values), and Aimed Shot (spend two actions to increase accuracy). This worked great after I did the event (the three green ones with the meditation) that increases your actions to three. If you didn't do that and only have two actions per turn, consider Lucky Shot instead of Aimed Shot because it will give you a free shot (at reduced accuracy) every time you shoot.

it's fine, most of the calls here are accurate for use as a reference point (and most likely that we will at least has a cop with rank 3 in at least 1 skill already by the nov 27 at the earliest, it's makes sense that actual rank needed may or may not be accurate)
