Materials Farming +350/hr

This is a simple guide to show you, how to farm the various planetary materials.

Before you start! Equip a ghost with the combo detector perk(list below) and do the route. When you're done, fast-travel to the same place and do it over.
You will get more than +350materials/hr

Ghosts with Combo Detector

These are some of the ghosts can be used to detect materials, and caches, on every planet.
Keep in mind most exotic ghost come with random combo detector perk(so you can reclaim it until you get the one for your desired planet).

EDZ combo detector - Cordial Diamond Shell

IO combo detector - Mansanas Shell

Nessus combo detector - Chevron Shell

Titan combo detector - Eyeball Shell

Mercury combo detector - Commanding Star Shell

Hellas basin/Mars combo detector - Painted Eye Shell

Moon combo detector - Eris Morn Shell

Tangled Shore combo detector - Wisteria Orbit Shell also the Blue Sky Shell and Triangle Shell

Dreaming City combo detector - Starlight Shell

Follow this route
Use any ghost with the EDZ combo detector perk to optimze every run.
Aditional ways to find it:
- Open chests in Lost Sectors.
- Turn in bounties from the vendors.

Alkane Dust

Follow this route.
Use any ghost with the Titan combo detector perk to optimze every run.
Aditional ways to find it:

Phaseglass Needle

Follow this route.
Use any ghost with the IO combo detector perk to optimze every run.

Etheric Spirals

Follow this route.
Use any ghost with the Tangled shore combo detector perk to optimze every run.

Microphasic Datalattice

Follow this route.

Helium Filaments

Follow this route
Use any ghost with the Moon combo detector perk to optimze every run.

Baryon Bough

Follow this route
Use any ghost with the Dreaming City combo detector perk to optimze every run.

Seraphite

Follow this route
Use any ghost with the Hellas Basin combo detector perk to optimze every run.
Aditional ways to find it:
- Open chests in Lost Sectors.
- Turn in bounties from the vendors.
- (Buy them from Spider in the tangled shore).

Legendary shards

Now that you have collected so many materials you can use them to level up each vendor.
The vendor every time you level up you get legendary gear, legendary shards and a shader.
You can also dismantle the legendary gear/any legendary gear, if you choose to, and get additional shards.

Tips and Tricks

- Public events also reward materials, although not many.

- Hunt's top tree on nightstalker shows resources on the radar.

- Zooming in with a sniper shows resources and caches that are farther away. Although, sometimes quests and materials have the same indicator.

- You can kill captains to get extra glimmer, materials(it doesn't take that long).

- Don't go looking other places for materials if you didn't find any materials on the route(some might be doing the same as you so don't waste time).

@Dark Spirit Trading with Spider can get really expensive, really fast.. especially for those that aren't sitting on a ton of resources, or for new players in general; regardless of having Forsaken. This guide does a really good job of outlining quick and easy loops of acquiring the materials yourself, which I think was the primary objective from the one who posted it anyway. :)
