Tips on how you can become better at Black Ops 2

In this guide, I will tell you my best tips on how YOU can become better at any CoD

Introduction

Hello my name is Syrdni and this is my guide to help you become better at ANY CoD

When i first started playing Black Ops 2 i SUCKED. My K/D was under 0.6 and i thought that i would never get a nuclear or gold camos. Now my K/D is 2.2 and i have 17 nukes and some gold camos.
Now, 2.2 is not a bad K/D but still there are better pepole out there that have higher K/D then me but i still think i know so much about the game so i can give out some tips and tricks so you can become better!

Gaming Gear and... Music?!?!

Gaming Gear
Some pepole think that you need the best things on the market to become pro at a game! A good mouse, a good headset and the list goes on.
THIS IS FALSE

I played with a really old mouse for like half a year before i switched mouse to a Razer Naga.
Remember the mice with a ball in it? I played with it and got up to about 1.8:ish K/D.
As long as you like the mouse/headset/... and it works fine, you dont have to buy a new mouse/headset/...!

Music

I never play games with music, wanna know why? Because with music you can't hear:

• an enemys footsteps
  
• an enemy planting a bomb
  
• an enemy reloading his gun
  
• a grenade bouncing around!
  
• and the list goes on

Sound is SO IMPORTANTE in CoD, it can mean life or death! Trust me!

Edit: Some players are better when they have music on, im not one of them!

Aim

Everyone knows that a good aim is required to become good at CoD, and it is ture. But then you are asking me:
-How do i get a better aim Syrdni?
Well there is some things you can do!

• Find a sensitivity you like
  
• Play against bots, with a AN:94 with Select fire. You will always have it on burst!
  
• Play online (with a weapon of choice) and kill 3-4 enemys without reloading your gun!
  
• Play alot of CoD

Everyone should know that you can't get a good aim in 1 day, IT TAKES TIME, A LONG TIME!

Minimap

I see so many pepole that never looks at the minimap, and this makes me sad! :(
Whats the point of runing a UAV or Orbital if you never look at the minimap.


Here can you see that an enemy is around the corner. Now the player knows that an enemy is coming around the corner and he can start pre-fire and kill the enemy.















Looking at the map is IMPORTANTE

Sometimes the minimap isent enough, pepole will use suppressor or ghost to stay off the minimap. Then you have to listen to the gunshoots or footsteps!

Gun Knowledge

Rush with a LMG? No thanks!
Gun Knowledge is good to have! Do you know much damage the msmc do? How fast do i run with a LMG? The best thing you can do if you dont know the anwser is to look on youtube for weapon stats.

Here is a guide of the Type 25 by Drift0r. He have made gun guides for every weapon in the game so i recommend you watch his videos!

Dont rage

Try to not rage! I know that it is hard but try! Dont say that someone got wallhack because he pre-fired you!

When you rage this happens!

• Your aim will be worse!
  
• You start to make bad plays!
  
• Start to give the enemy team free kills!
  
• Starting to rage on your teammates for something you did wrong!

If you died, it's your own fault! You maybe missed 5 shoots or you maybe tried to take the A flag without knowing where the enemy is!

Learn from your mistakes!

Note: Add someone on the enemy team that killed you alot of times and ask what you did wrong when he killed you! It makes it easier for you to know what you need to improve on!

Stick with it if you like it, otherwise try another sens. I had to crank up my sens abit for AW, 1,5 kd before the change, now 2.1kd and grandmaster in ranked ;)

I play at 9 ingame sensi and 800 dpi....good enough? i aim with my wrist...not my whole arm ;)
