But although it's not really simulated in arma3, I've managed to play with the code to achieve a result that's pretty conclusive!
on the other hand, for the shells, the ballistics are coded in relation to the nato information!
and that's what's closest to reality from my point of view! and in reality some shells like the dm11 are extremely destructive! just like the blast from a cannon within 3 to 5 m which can be fatal due to the sonic shock.
the ballistic relationship is not coded like that at all!
but in fact I based myself on the probalities with Amap armor
So I simply tried to do several tests to make it as realistic as possible with the arma3 engine and official information related to this type of reactive armor and information with IRL personnel who had information on the subject, even if despite everything for reasons of confidentiality all the complete information of the real behavior of this type of armor remains about 60% accurate, there is still a share of secret design or reactivity in reality. which at first glance is logical in terms of defense secrecy.
Same read the description!
Do you ever read the descriptions?
personally I don't think so or you have difficulty understanding what is in the text
very similar to the leopard 2A7 or rather 2SG "in export with Amap shielding"
the description is the same since the mod was released!
is there any confirmation that it's a 2A7?
I'm wasting my time I think :D
if that doesn't suit you, go get a 2A7 mod or just do it.

The Leo 2PL has that huge cut out for the gunner optics. (This is a general 2A4 feature) https://www.milmag.pl/process/photo/files/news/photos/1/1753/leo2pl_2.jpg
On the Leo 2A7 on the the gunner optics is far higher, and thus leaving the cut out to be more like a dent.

Also, the backup optics got moved from the next to the barrel to on top of barrel. Your model has them next to the barrel, so you modeled a 2PL (2A4)
You can also see these differences in the picture you sent in another comment.
You might call these other guys parrots, but they are still right.
2pl is just a modernized 2a4
