Saiyandbert - Super Meter/Turbo Mode test

Description
A slightly modified Sandbert in possession of a super gauge. Once it's full, hitting an enemy with his Down Special will cause him to enter Turbo Mode.

I think the Kris linked above uses TP to fuel its special moves? I was using an older version with no special moves when building this character, and I THINK its been updated since then, but I haven't tried it yet...
