[FIX] CPU and Startup loading crash.

with his instructions i could create a Pre Patched Timeshift.exe [For Version 1.2] for those who are not tech savvy or lazy to do so.
This fixes the CPU Core and Hyper-Threading issues.

Update Timeshift to v1.2 on Steam:
If you are a Steam user Patch your game to 1.2 via this guide:

If you are a GoG user skip your copy is already at 1.2.


Instuctions:
1. This is the Pre Patched Timeshift.exe Download it.

2. Unzip the
TimeShift pre patched exe 1.2.7z
3. And Replace your current Timeshift.exe with this new one, inside the bin folder under Timeshift
(INSERT ROOT)\TimeShift\bin
For Example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\TimeShift\bin
or
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TimeShift\bin

Try opening them with 7-Zip or PeaZip, i checked it for you and they are not empty.

i have tried every tutorial about fixing this, and nothing worked for me. I really appreciate if anyone could help me to solve it. I wanted to replay this master piece :(

If it still doesn't work for somebody. What worked for me (after all the 1.2 patch stuff and pre-patched .exe substitution) is to add the same "d3d9.dll" to the /bin folder that has to be installed to run Fallout 3. You can look for the "Fallout 3 intel hd bypass package" and just extract that d3d9 in the bin folder. Might work for you, it did for me when i had lost all hope.
