(U9) 07:23 Nieder Eschbach to Ginnheim

描述
Today you will drive a single Siemens U4 set over the full length of the most unique line on the Frankfurt U-Bahn. There are two reasons why I consider U9 to be a very unique route:

1) It doesn't go into the centre of Frankfurt, unlike the other eight lines.
2) It's the only line on the system that uses 2-car trains in regular services. All other lines use 4, 6 or 8-car trains.

As I say, this is a run from Nieder Eschbach to Ginnheim. You will stop at the following stations on the way:

Bornheim Mitte
Kalbach
Riedberg
Uni Campus Riedberg
Niederursel
Wiesenau
Heddernheimer Landstraße
Nordwestzentrum
Römerstadt
Niddapark
Ginnheim

Duration - 24 minutes
Difficulty Level - Easy

This scenario starts in the siding just north of Nieder Eschbach station. You will need to set up the unit there before pulling into the station.

Only one item of DLC is required for this scenario, and that's the U-Bahn Frankfurt route itself.

Driving that single 1 car wasn't my favorite, but because I practiced with a longer train, stopping was so easy

Will this scenario work with the original U-Bahn Frankfurt 2 route from Just Trains?

It's not meant to pick any random weather. I set it to 'Summer Cloudy', I think.

When I ran this it was snowing. The thumbnail pictures show clear weather. Does the scenario pick the weather at random?

No Workshop scenarios are actually included with the route.

Great scenario!! Loved the weather and the two-car set! It's been a while since I drove this line so I had to read up on the car setup but it was worth it. Did this scenario come with the U-Bahn Frankfurt add-on? Thanks for sharing!
