MW3 Hardhat [WIP]

Description
WIP Hardhat remake by Stendby, I just ported it over from COD4

His COD4 version is done, but this one is nowhere near being done (clipping, texturing issues,) basically not adapted for BO3 play with all the jetpacks and stuff.

There are possible missing textures and obviously it is not going to look visually tinted as I haven't been able to convert the vision file.
