Description
载具mod的基础部分，后续做任何载具都可以用的通用基础mod。
增加了一个新的种族用来做载具的本体。

This is a pre mod of the vehicle mod, mainly used for the yt1000 Star Wars spacecraft of the mod author "Tianqiu"

I believe MaxHammer is correct, think this is a framework for vehicles, and if so needs some tender sweet love from some talented modders, cuz I'm not good enough yet. Could make my dream of a slightly more lore friendly mobile base for my small band of heroes
