AmberLight City of Heros

Description
WIP AmberLight is a new city with new items, factions, and a new playable race. much needs to be done with the city. This is just a preview of what is to come in future updates.

Make sure to check the houses. Most are not ready so they are not open. out of the ones that are open, one has some fun chest inside just for the preview of the city. Have fun with the preview. If you have any ideas about what you would like to see in this city, let me know.
