Advanced Space Crusade (Remastered)

Descripción

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Warhammer 40,000
Recreate the ultimate struggle between the noble defenders of humanity and the alien hordes of the Tyranids! Board the immense living bio-construct ships of Hive Fleet Kraken, explore the intestinal labrynths within, and do battle with the terrifying warriors of the Hive Mind!

Advanced Space Crusade
Advanced Space Crusade is a 2-player grid-based tactical combat miniatures game that takes place over several linked battles.

Through card based exploration the Space Marine player will find the ship's vital organs and enter battle. Before battle, the Tyranid player secretly constructs the labyrinthine map layout and deploys the forces lying in wait. During battle, both sides take turn activating all their miniatures. Combat is fast and brutal, and the reaction system keeps both players engaged. Both players must use overwatch fire to cover their squadmates. Throughout the campaign the Space Marine player is under pressure to find and destroy the ship's vital organs before they are overwhelmed by the Tyranids waking from hibernation.

The game is designed to be played as a campaign, but rules are provided for playing one-off games as well. You can easily play with any Warhammer 40K miniatures you'd like as the rules are fairly simple and flexible.

Expansions:
• White Dwarf 132 - Imperial Guard
• White Dwarf 134 - Ork Warbands & Board Section 7
• Alternate Theme - Underground Imperial Base (fan made by me)

Alternate Theme - Underground Imperial Base
Included is a set of re-themed assets for doing battle in the corridors of an underground Imperial base. In this setting the defenders could be an insidious Genestealer Cult which has overtaken the underbelly of an Imperial metropolis. Or perhaps a Planetary Defense Force is desperately fighting to repel grotesque Chaos invaders. There are many possibilities!

Features:
• Modernized, hi-resolution board tiles & counters by Audrey Ewing[boardgamegeek.com].
• High quality 3d miniatures (including the ancient Zoat and Assault Marine w/ dual bolt pistols).
• Context information on most game pieces. Hover your mouse over an object to see its description.
• 1-click toggle between three Attacker forces (Space Marine, Imperial Guard, Ork Warband)
• 1-click toggle between two battlefield themes (Tyranid Starship, Underground Base)
• Fillable force rosters for recording Attacker and Tyranid forces.
• Genestealer Blips (numbered 1-6)
• Genestealer Hybrid Blips (lettered A-L)
• Advanced Lifeform Blips (lettered A-H) (for mixing in your own Tyranids)
• Explicit Blips (non-lettered) for all Tyranids and Mind Slaves.
• Optional grid to perfectly align the board tiles and miniatures (see Notebook in-game).

• The Warhammer 40k miniatures came from too many mods to list here, and I don't know the original uploader because many mods were re-uploaded by other users. Thank you tremendously to everyone in the Warhammer 40k community who has worked to make these awesome miniatures available!

You can delete the Tyranid's "Hidden Zone" by selecting the Hidden Zone Tool (press F3 or click the third icon down on the left side - it looks like this: https://kb.tabletopsimulator.com/game-tools/zone-tools/#hidden-zone) .

Once you have the Hidden Zone Tool selected, right click on the Tyranid's Hidden Zone and then click "Delete" in the menu.

Hi it seems when I take the maps from the bag they are very small I am not seeing them scaled to size unless I do the scaling myself,am I doing something wrong?

MOD UPDATE: I added a button to toggle Grid Snapping on/off when placing board tiles. This is a huge quality of life improvement for folks that prefer the board tiles to fit together seamlessly.

The button is located below the "Objectives" bag on the Tyranid player's side of the table. (Close to the bag containing the board tiles.)

Everything should be scaled properly, including the maps and miniatures. If the boards seem too big, it's because the squares are large enough to fit models with a larger base (like Terminators and Tyranid Warriors).
