Description
8/27/19-Adds both Dr eggman and Dr eggman nega as species for your game.
8/28/19- adds eggman themed music that plays entirely at random

This is quite literally my first experience with modding, however i plan on updating this mod thoroughly throughout its life span.

Working on-
Name lists- near future (next few weeks)
Traits- near future (next few weeks)
Robot pops - future (next year)

I'm thinking off adding the death egg at some point in the (very) far future
