The model looks good, but it has no pavement painted in front of it, so the building is just sitting in the grass, not connected to the road.

Sure, one could just use surface painter or props to do it themselves, but with the building actually had painted terrain to begin with.

There are more public building schemes, because work relationships sometimes involve only small buildings.
