"i know there are still more armor sets. As i have seen a few in the trailer and in some screenshots.
I did find the mask you get from the mad guy.
Drifter set is still missing the helmet

MISSING:
Helmet for drifter set
Twisted armor set
Bandit Armor set
Heavy Metal Plate Armor set

yeah you have all the base game sets minus the helmets of two, the rest are DLC content, keep going!

@nikout13 Apparently you don't always get all the keys, not every optional boss spawns or you get unlucky rolls and sometimes you end up missing at least a key. (Or so I've heard) The Drifter's helmet is a random drop on Earth I believe, one of the sets this guy is missing is the Bandit armor, you get it from Barbus on Earth as well. (Optional boss) And another encounter on Earth allows you to craft the HP regen tree armor. CHEERS!

its a lot of weapons when you craft from all bosses.... if the game was double so big maybe not many but its more then I need

Ive got Akali armor set you get from using all 3 howling keys in the wastes in one of the dungeons. You get all 3 of them from killing all territory bosses
