红词条可以用 RPFM打开 不过大部分词条修改都用不到红的

打开我的mod你可以自己找一下词条 修改一下就可以生效了

直接改不一定生效 一般是用buff的形式来增加

可以是可以 但我现在手头在忙一堆兵种解锁mod 太守这个只能往后等了
