Foreword
This guide breaks down the overhead maps originally created by Christopher Long (LtCmdData) (which can be found on GameFAQS[gamefaqs.gamespot.com]) into an easier-to-follow, map-by-map format for quicker in-game access. Since Christopher's compilations do not contain it, Floor 21's map is taken from Wolfenstein Wiki[wolfenstein.fandom.com] instead. Apart from basic image editing and a few touches here and there, the contents from the said resources are provided as-is.
The legend for Christopher's maps is as follows:
Chapter and level names used in the guide are taken from the official hint book which was published by FormGen back in the day (ECWolf also uses them).
This guide does not cover Mission 2: Return to Danger and/or Mission 3: Ultimate Challenge.
You can refer to Kepler's guide for those two:

Lau, nope - finding the secrets or the secret levels for that matter does not change the ending.

Thanks Tim. As described in the Foreword section, these maps are provided as-is. I have added your note in code under the relevant floor's map.

FYI On Floor 11, one of the secrets is not coloured green. Just after the silver doors leading to the lower right square before you go on the outer ring.

4everZIP, that URL error is not caused by my formatting, it has been a general Steam problem for a while now and affects all the guides - there is nothing to do but to wait for Valve to fix it. In the meanwhile, you can click on the URL that appears at the top of the pop-up window and see the actual image that way (in a second pop-up).

Thank you for this. :) I'm having a lot of trouble surviving on map/floor 16 due to starting it with low health. Hopefully that secret area shown near the start can help me out.

You have to enable -debugmode in the text but does not work my method but thanks

Jensen, it looks like there is a debug mode for the original executable through the command line option: -debugmode. More info can be found on the net. To tell the truth though, I've only played Wolf3D through ECWolf and never used the original exec, so I don't know much about how the debug mode works.
