And great thanks for the guide, I was really thorough in my playthrough and found 118 recordings, I'd feel bad if I've uninstalled it without a little backtracking to check if I missed something, getting to know as much as possible about Rapture is really worth the experience, and thanks to this on Steam Overlay- I didn't have to run around, one hitting everything for as long as I would've to.
In the lower level of the Medical Pavilion, where all the dental offices are, there is a locked door that needs a key to open. The key can be seen through the broken window to the left of the door and can be snatched using Telekinesis. There is no audio diary though; only a safe.
