I can't update the mod for some reason. You can download the update from this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=19K7T62pqd3BlvDVYxn1hxmYHghmOGIuB
All you need to do is put those two files in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/mod

What if you posted the updated version in the description as a new mod and linked it in the description - new mod would go something like 'Weird Map Mods Mashup V2'
