With this method you won't have to change your desktop resolution, only the cs: go resolution, and it will only ever stretch the screen if you have black bars.

1. Press the windows button on the left and search for "Run"
2. Open "Run", type "regedit" and press "OK"
3. Open "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE", then open "ControlSet001", then open "Control", then open "Graphics Drivers", then "Configuration"
4. In every folder that dropped down from "Configuration" there are two more folders with the same name "00" (If you only see one "00" folder in each, try double clicking on "00" and the other "00" folder should drop down too).
5. Now in the second "00" folder, find the Dword "scaling"
6. Double click it, set the "value" to "3" and press "OK"
7. Repeat the procces for each second "00" folder
8. Now open CS: GO and change your aspect to 4:3 and set the resolution you want (if you haven't already done that)
9. If nothing happends, try closing and oppening CS, if nothing happends again try restarting your PC
10. ENJOY BOIZ!
