I don't think there shold be some cache left when starting new career, at least not intentionally.

If it was a question, then yes.
For context: I want to speedrun this game and want to understand, is it changes enything. My strategy is dependant of finding particular car model (bairen coupe 2.5), and I want to understand, should I close and open game every time or start new career is enough. Thank you!
PS: for me personally looks like game takes some variables fomr career that you closed while starting new one. Much needed cars are spawned on second day if it was spawned in previous career. May be it depends on career name and if I take exact same, it takes some variables from last save.
