A (Not So) Serious Guide On How To Freestyle Like JZR

In this glorious guide you will learn how to freestyle like JZR. You don't need to be Grandchamp to flex with your skills, there are other ways to achieve your goals.

The body of your car

So first of all, we need to change your car, more importantly, the body of your car.

REAL freestylers use Dominus, Breakout, Batmobile or Nissan Skyline. Everyone has the Breakout and a lot of people buy the Supersonic Fury DLC (Dominus & Takumi) mostly for the Cristiano wheels. Batmobile is used by many tryhards and you really don't want to look like a tryhard so if you really want to show your commitment you have to buy the Nissan.

Beside that you will chose the Nissan no matter what (Like a real freestyler) I will enlighten you about hitboxes. There are 5 hitbox presets with exception the Batmobile.

• Breakout hitbox (The longest)
  
• Dominus hitbox
  
• Octane hitbox (The highest)
  
• Hybrid hitbox
  
• Plank hitbox (The lowest)

The Batmobile does not use a preset however it is very similar (almost the same) as the plank preset. For more info on hitboxes click here

The rest of your car

An important part of freestyling is your car. Because if you don't have a cool car you can't look cool.

Antenna's are something we don't use, only Reddit antenna's because Reddit is cool.

Also we don't use toppers, those are cringy, but we do give a pass to some toppers like: Deal With It & Halo.

Okay in the freestyle community we have 2 types of freestylers: the flexer and the minimalist. The minimalist doesn't mean cheap.

The flexer can be titanium white mainframe and titanium white zombas or something less expensive but still flashy. The keyword here is flex, the more expensive it is, the better your styles.

The obvious choice is the minimalist, it looks clean and cool. If you really want to be good at freestyling you should buy following items: black dieci, anodized and anodized pearl. Everything else is optional.

For boosts we have a lot of choice, alpha boost is the best to flex and to be minimal but the main objective is that it fits with your design.

Goal explosion applies with previous statement but it doesn't need to fit with your design. Preferable use the same goal explosion for all your designs to track your awesome goals.

The process

The process to really get good and make every match in a worthy montage is very time consuming. Rocket League will become your only friend, your family, your partner, your dog, your cat and your future child.

Look at every stream, every video and I assure you, you will get better.
Now you need to know that looking at someone doesn't make you beautiful so you need to practice. Free play, custom training, workshops are all great ways to get better but the real test is in casual. Yes casual, we don't freestyle in ranked because we are awesome and don't ruin other people their ranked games.

Your day should look like this:

• 10min for every JZR Video
  
• 2-4h for every JZR stream
  
• 10h freeplay
  
• 10h of custom training (I recommend wall to air dribble for both air dribbles and ceiling shots)
  
• 4h of workshop training (obstacle course, air dribble challenge,...)
  
• 12h of casual games

So if you use 39h of your day on Rocket League you clearly don't have spare time for friends, family, etc. If you don't believe me I'll do the math: 24h (1 day) - 39h (required time) = -15h So you don't have spare time.
