How 2 Read the Image : Left side (rows) is your current hand up to 17 (any hand size after 17 is still stand), then hands that contain an ace, and then below that is cards you could split with. The top side (columns) represent the card currently face up in the dealers hand. To find the correct action you should perform go to where your hand value is in the rows, then find the column with the corresponding value of the dealer's hand. The rest should be easy to understand from there.

Edit : Please note, blackjack is a game of chance. You're never garunteed to win with a hand, but this cheat sheet will provide the best actions to perform with a certain hand to get the best chances of winning.

Как читать шпаргалку: строки слева - это сумма или комбинация которая у вас в руках. Если у вас сумма меньше 8 - значит нужно жать "Ещё", если же сумма больше 17, то нужно жать "Достаточно". Строки сверху оранжевого цвета - это карта которая выпала крупье. Остальные же детали можно прочитать на картинке: Внимание! Это подсказка! Это не 100% способ выигрыша!

How are the dealers in gta online cheating. Its the exact same environment as a casino. Unless there is a hidden mechanic that benefits the dealer (think getting the card they need for 21) it is fair.
