Introduction.
Whats SSB? SSB(Super Smash Bros) is a tf2 gamemode main goal of which is to knock your enemies off the arena using various methods and powerups.
The Arena.
Maps used in SSB are usually a bunch of floating platforms connected to eachother or a group of islands. The platforms themselves may differ in size but mostly they are placing player in quite small space, preventing them from simply running away and forcing them rentlessly attack the opponents.in addition to map most(if not all) maps contain spawning "bonuses" which might help you or make you an easy target.
Powerups.
as mentioned before SSB offers a variety of powerups, which help you against opponets, or alter affect you in some way.

Mushrooms:

This little buddy changes your size when picked up, either shrinking you to the size of a football or making the as big as Horseless Headless Horseman himself. Note what your size doesnt affect damage your deal, but hitboxes are affected.

The Ball:
sorry for horrible picture.

This little bugger is one of your best friends AND enemies at the same time.
when hit, the ball is launched in derection of the hit, sending players in air and igniting them at the same time. while it can just push someone, it also can hit with immense force, resulting in the target facing horrible death.

Sandviches:

a Must have treat. when picked up Sandvich(or its versions) lower the daamage you have recieved(about the damage you will find a little lower).
Sandviches come in roughly 4 forms: Regular, Robo, Meat and Festive with each type healing certain amount of damage.
Damage and Lives
Damage:
in SSB the only way to kill someone is to push them of the map OR launch them up into space. to do so you(tadaaaaa) must deal damage to your opponets which results in % being added to them. Everyone start with 0% which can be lifted up to near infinte(if they are lucky enough to survive past 150%). while at 0% you will not even flinch, at 80-150+% hits literally turn you into a rocket.

Lives:
Each player in SSB have 3 lives at every round. life is lost when you are knocked out/suicide/change class while alive. Simply, lives allow you to respawn. once you run out of lives you do not respawn untill a new round starts.
Information about some classes.
in SSB due to obvious reasons certain classes are nerfed. these include Pyro, Demoman and Spy.

Pyro:
your Flamethrower deals ridicilously low damage percent making it ineffective and forcing you to use alternate methods, altho Afterburn STILL does damage so flamer is not always a throw-out weapon.

Demoman:
Stickybomb launcher is nerfed to prevent people spamming stickines and camping them(obviosly)

Spy:
Cloak and Dagger is restricted to prevent people from stalling.
yet spy still got his Backstab abilty which sends people flying, dramatically increasing their damage percentage at the same time.
The End.
Well this is all i can tell about the SSB. i have no idea if there are any other guides about it because im too lazy to search.

so far the only Server i know which runs SSB gamemode is Glubbable's

Imbalance you open the console by pressing the ~ Tilde Key
You have to open keyboard settings and enable the developer console through the advanced button on the UI.
I think on GMOD you have to press SHIFT + ` to get the ~.
Other source games just take ` for it.

Thanks for your politeness. If it clearly means that why do you write stickiness?
