This is once again a RLM Contest submission
Specs:
1 VTOL capability, must be able to hover under control (pitch, roll, yaw, and elevation), overflow stabilization not allowed.
2 Compact design of 4 or less surfaces (examples: YF-23, X-32, B-2, F-117, SR-71)
3 Should look like a stealth plane. Specifically for rule compliance scoring: no 90° vertical fins, no external weapon pylons.
4 Pitch and roll control must have RTC control surfaces (it can have other control methods for hovering).
5 Must have a block count of 400 or less.
6 Extras points for auto stabilization, aerodynamics, weaponry and aesthetic moving parts.
