Description

Characters will get 2 skill points at level 8 and 9, 10 skill points at level 10, so you can unlock all skills.

Lu Bu start at level 9 in 194, so he won't be able to unlock all skills when playing in 194 with this mod alone. You can either use sandbox mod or trainer to unlock all skills for Lu Bu.

Or you can use this mod to change the maximum level to 15.

有没有大佬知道自建的被动技能mod如何在战役和自定义战斗中都能起作用的吗(目前自制的人物被动技能mod只能在战役中才能使用)
Does anyone know how their own passive skill mods can work in both campaigns and custom battles (currently, the self-made character passive skill mods can only be used in campaigns)
