Chemical Bliss Trophies

Description
This mod allows regular non-Gestalt empires to build Organic Sanctuaries once Subdermal Stimulation (Chemical Bliss) has been researched. The Chemical Bliss living standard can still be used as before, but it also allows species' citizenship rights to be set to Bio-Trophy.

Bio-Trophies for regular empires function the same as for Rogue Servitors with the difference being that every Trophy-pop grants increased Specialist output instead of Complex Drone output. Organic Sanctuaries and Organic paradises grant Clerk jobs instead of Maintenance Drone jobs.

To use the Bio-Trophy citizenship status the species first has to use the Chemical Bliss living standard. Only after both of these have been set can the species fill the Bio-Trophy jobs in Organic Sanctuaries

Since the Bio-Trophy mechanic is part of Rogue Servitors, the Synthetic Dawn DLC is required for this mod to work correctly.

I would like to report a bug: chmical bliss doesn't add any cg upkeep to pops in bio-trophy stratum. Must've been broken by one of the updates

I would like to report another bug: organic sanctuaries generate Artisans instead of Artificers for empires with masterful crafters civic

The ai is no longer able to build the Sanctuaries, ift they don't have pops that can fill Bio-Trophy jobs

I would like to suggest making it impossible for AIs to build bio-trophy buildings unless they have a species with bio-trophy rights in their empire. Otherwise, they spam these buildings and waste all building slots
